The Great Toilet Wars

Jackson has ventured into unchartered waters, again. I had to once more remove the toilet to retrieve the latest "swimmers" that were flushed down by the little monster. This time the victims were some of Lizzie's littlest pe(s)t shop toys. The older three kids had their own toilet issues as well, but none had the distinguished honor of shoving foreign objects down all three bathroom toilets (one twice) like Jackson. On the other hand, if school administration does not work out, then I may have a future in plumbing as I am becoming quite good with the snake and toilet removal in general. Kant Leak Jumbo Wax Rings are kept in business because of people like us.

We have tried keeping all bathroom doors locked (so you have to open them with that little key), but that only leads to other problems outside the bathroom door and other "messes" to clean-up. Ironically we were just commenting on how we haven't had to clear Jackson out of the bathroom for some time now. We were beginning to think that he was getting beyond this phase. Ha!

Oh, and for those wondering, yes, we did throw those toys away.

You know they have child locks you can put on the toliet. I have a few friends that use them and really like them.

We have looked at a few, but none that we are confident that our kids can open without there being any problems.

Hi Wards! I must say I'm not jealous of your toilet issues with your little one. Last year Ben put a whole bunch of toilet paper in our toilet and threw it all over the walls, he thought it was great how it stuck up there.

Jennifer and Jeremy, I was so excited to find your blog. Your family is so cute!!! You guys look great and happy!! It was fun to see your parents, they still look the same. I hope I age as gracefully as they have! I'm glad that things are going so well for you. Our oldest is 6 1/2 and he's already really excited for his first pine wood derby. You'll have to give us some pointers!! Tell your families we said hi!

Hey Wards, it's the Coronado's. (efren sends jeremy his love lol) That's hilarious about the toilet. Luckily our kids haven't found pleasure in flushing stuff in the toilets, but the master bathroom tub faucet is a whole other story! =) you'll have to tell our "laverne grandparents" that their old next door neighbors said hello.

Wow, so nice to hear from some long lost friends! Becca- how's your family doing? How many kids now?. We still talk about the University Ward days from time to time. Tell your mom and dad we say hi. Kelly- nice to hear that we are not the ones with toilet issues. Julie- I will be sure to tell my grandparents you said hi. There still plugging along. Tell Efrain I said hi as well. We have a campus security guy right now at my school that reminds me a lot of Efrain. It makes me think of him and the Sanger days often. We'll have to visit all the blogs and get caught up on everyone's lives!
